So because it's an excuse to get away and because we're cheap, we turn some of the shows Todd goes to for work, into mini vacations. Our latest get away was Mesquite. The kids and I didn't need too much persuading to be convinced to get out of the snow and enjoy a few day of sun and relaxing while Todd brings home the bacon. Yes at one point in the vacation I even laid out by the pool! ahhhh... It was fun too, because Todd's folks were there and the kids loved driving them crazy! ie: Todd's Mom and I spent a lot of time eating McDonald's cheeseburgers indulging my children in their ambitious attempt to collect all six chipmunk happy meal toys....good times.
One of the best part for the kids, was the golf cart that came with our condo...Disneyland?...we don't need no stinkin' Disneyland!
Happy Birthday to the worlds greatest grandma...one of her few meals on this trip that wasn't at McDonalds!

Oh I totally went through the crack Kara...I had to exhale and inch my through it but I made it...Todd pretty much got stuck though.
