Reagan has always been a good reader and has always read before she went to bed. Tanner has been doing this with her for the past couple of months. They both will lay in bed and read for a while before lights out. Tanner has found a new favorite book over the past two weeks...not Goodnight Moon, or Brown Bear Brown Bear, but the Toys-R-Us 'Wish' book of toys. Oh yeah, and the Wal Mart toy catalogue, and the Target book of Toys! Yes it seems we have quite a materialistic monster on our hands. He is completely obsessed! He reads them at night, sleeps with them and I find him in the morning looking at the Toys. I knew it was bad when, unbeknown st to me, he brought them to church as his quiet books! He reads them in the car, during dinner, and of course while he's sitting on the toilet! He wants everything in the magazines and cannot just pick one toy...I think we're in TROUBLE!

Ayden is fairly materialistic too...I've called him my shopping buddy for years.
I remember pouring over the big, fat Sear's catalog every year! I loved that thing!
