We're getting ready. It seems everyday we check something off of the to do list. Trim the tree...check. Send out the cards...check. Do some shopping...check. Finish with shopping,...nope. (I'm sure I'll be out to the stores on the 24th.) Remind Tanner every hour that Santa's not coming tonight....check! (It's a cruel torture for him, this waiting thing.) Remind Reagan that Santa has a budget too....check. Package and ship gifts ...check (sort of). Wrap up the gifts...not even close. OK well we're not quite ready but we're getting there. How's your Holly Jolly prep coming? ...and please don't tell me "I'm all done!" I won't believe you.
Rigby Lights Parade.
We went with the Frenchs. The kids were stoked! We bundled up in our warmest snow clothes and still froze our heineys off! The weather here has been bitter COLD!!! Mercifully the parade was short. Only in the Rigby Parade is the best float the one where they've strung lights on their snow machine and dragged it down the street...gotta love it!
Of course the Man in Red himself was there and we were able to freeze some more while standing in line to say hi to him. Great Holly Jolly Fun!
